For words ending in silent s, add ‘s.

* This does not apply to places ending in silent s.

POSSESSIVE FORM OF NAMES OF GROUPS ENDING IN S
This rule applies to names of organizations or groups that end in s. In this case, an apostrophe after the last s would suffice.

e.g.
Aquila Legis’ members

The Beatles’ manager

NBA Cares’ celebrity donors

POSSESSIVE FORM OF NAMES OF PLACES ENDING IN S
An apostrophe is placed after the ending s of names of places.

e.g.
Tayabas’ main office
